Warranty Information

Our warranty covers parts only, and does not include any labor. All warranty claims must be pre-approved by the manufacturer in order to be valid. This warranty will only apply if the product is installed, used, and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's installation, operation, and maintenance instructions.

What Is Not Covered:

a. Damage to a product resulting from negligence.

b. Damage to a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product.

c. Damage caused by not following the user manual.

d. Damage caused by natural wear on parts that are designed to wear out.

e. Damage caused by use in an environment that the product is not designed for.

f. Excavator/skid steer tracks are not covered by the warranty.

g. Paint chips, dings and scratches.

Bully Dog Equipment does not accept returns once the product is no longer in our possession. There will be no returns or refunds once the equipment has been picked up by a shipping company or delivered. No exceptions. We offer a 3 month warranty on all excavator attachments and skid steer attachments from date of purchase.
